The following is a correction to the Director/PDMR shareholding announcement
released at 16.00 on 28 July 2006 under RNS number 9296G relating to the B
Shares sold by Directors and PDMRs in the Initial Purchase Offer (as defined in
the Company's circular to shareholders dated 15 June 2006) on 24 July 2006.

The above announcement should have stated that Mr P E Yea (including connected
persons) had sold 126,570 B Shares in the Initial Purchase Offer, not 121,783 B
Shares as previously stated.  All other details in that announcement remain
unchanged.
