Application is being made to the UK Listing Authority and The London Stock
Exchange for the block listing and admission to trading of 350,000 unissued
shares of 50p each in the capital of 3i Group plc. The block listing will be
used for the future allotment of fully paid shares under The 3i Group Share
Incentive Plan.
