Z GROUP announces appointment of new Finance Director


London, UK - September 4th 2006 - Z GROUP PLC, the AIM listed developer and
provider of leading consumer internet technologies, is pleased to announce today
that it has appointed Duncan John Neale (aged 37) as Z GROUP's Finance Director
with immediate effect.


Mr Neale, who qualified as an ACA with Price Waterhouse, has been the Interim
Financial Controller for Z GROUP plc for the past six months.


John Standen, Chairman of Z GROUP, commented:
