Notice of Board Meeting

A meeting of the Board of the Company will be held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, the
PRC on Tuesday, 29 August 2006 at 10:00 am for the discussion and approval,
amongst others, of the followings:-

1. The unaudited financial statement of the Company for the 6 months ended 30
June 2006; and

2. The payment of interim dividend.
