XP Power has today been notified that on 16 May 2014, David Hempleman-Adams
sold 693 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a
price of 1645p each and that on 19 May 2014 sold 507 Ordinary Shares at a price
of 1628p each. Following these transactions, Mr. Hempleman-Adams has a
beneficial interest in 8,250 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the
Company's issued share capital.
