XP Power Limited ("the Company") has today been notified that on 19 November
2013, Mr. Andy Sng, Executive Director, exercised options over 5,000 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), granted on 21 April 2005
under the Company's Share Option Plan at a price of 411p per Ordinary Share,
and subsequently sold 5,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1580p each. Following
the transaction, Mr. Sng remains interested in 6,000 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
