XP Power Limited ("the Company") announces Larry Tracey, Executive Chairman,
has transferred 1,416,838 XP Power Limited ordinary shares of 1p each
("Ordinary Shares") into a trust of which he is the principal beneficiary.
Subsequent to the transfer, Mr. Tracey remains interested in a total of
1,532,838 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.97% of the Company's issued share
capital.
