Final Results - Correction

John Wood Group PLC ("Company")

  

On 4 March 2008 the Company released an announcement, "Final Results". This
announcement contained an error on the final page with regard to the Company's
Dividend Record Date. The correct Dividend Record Date is 25 March 2008 and the
Company apologises for the error.

The correct dividend timetable is therefore:

Ex-dividend date 19 March 2008

Dividend record date 25 March 2008

Annual General Meeting 22 May 2008

Dividend payment date 26 May 2008
