NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS

DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with DR 3.1.2R, the Company was informed that on 25 March 2011,
the following transaction was made by M Louise Papworth the wife of Mark H
Papworth a Director of the Company:

  * sold 40,000 shares being 0.0075% of the issued share capital of the
    Company, at a sale price of £6.384322 per share, such transaction taking
    place on the London Stock Exchange.
   
Following the transaction, Mrs Papworth holds 208,278 ordinary shares
representing 0.039% of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Papworth
also holds 240,000 share options.

The Company's issued capital consists of 530,266,720 ordinary shares with
voting rights.
