NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS

DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with DR 3.1.2R(1)(a) the Company was informed that the following
transaction was made by a Director of the Company:

On 23 March 2009, Sir Ian C Wood, Chairman of the Company, transferred by an
off-market transfer, 1,825,536 shares, being 0.346% of the share capital of the
Company, to The Wood Family Trust ("Trust"), a registered charity, at nil
consideration. Sir Ian is a trustee of the Trust.

Following this transaction, Sir Ian's beneficial interest in the shares of the
Company reduced to 29,329,232 ordinary shares, representing 5.556% of the
issued share capital of the Company and his non-beneficial interest increased
to 61,767,009 shares, representing 11.701% of the issued share capital of the
Company.

The Company's issued capital consists of 527,836,720 ordinary shares with
voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
