Director/PDMR Shareholding

John Wood Group PLC ("Company")

The Company has been informed that due to recent increases in issued share
capital made by the Company, in order to satisfy exercises in its executive
share options schemes, the holdings of Sir Ian C Wood, the Chairman of the
Company, have reduced accordingly.

Sir Ian's holdings are therefore as follows:

Beneficial Interest - 50,789,387 shares or 9.79% of current issued capital

and

Non-Beneficial Interests - 80,766,473 shares or 15.57% of current issued
capital.

Sir Ian has made no sales or other disposals to effect the changes to his
position.
