Correction - Dividend Payment Date

John Wood Group PLC ("Company")

  

On 23 August 2011, the Company's announcement, "Half Year Results", contained
an error with regard to the Company's Dividend Payment Date. The correct
Dividend Payment Date for the interim dividend of 3.9 cents is 23 September
2011 and the Company apologises for the error.

The dividend timetable is therefore:

Dividend record date 2 September 2011

Dividend payment date 23 September 2011
