In fulfilment of an obligation imposed by DR 3.1.4R(1)(a), on 12 December 2006,
Wincanton plc received notification from Victor Strafford, a Person Discharging
Managerial Responsibility, that he exercised 1,973 Sharesave Options on the 12
December 2006 at an exercise price of £1.52. Following this notification,
Victor holds Sharesave Options over a further 358 Ordinary 10 pence shares of
the Company.
