Weiss Korea announces that it received notification that on June 30, 2016, Andrew M. Weiss purchased 33,338 ordinary shares at a price of 133.5p per share.  Andrew M. Weiss is a key employee of the Company’s Investment Manager, Weiss Asset Management LP.  Following this purchase, Andrew M. Weiss holds 6,460,888 ordinary shares, representing 6.63% per cent of the Company’s total issued share capital.
