The Company announces that its nominated adviser and broker, John East &
Partners Limited has changed its name to Merchant John East Securities Limited
with immediate effect, as part of a group reorganisation which is scheduled to
complete on 1 November 2009.

About Walcom:

Walcom is a China based manufacturer and distributor of `clean' animal feed
additives. Walcom's products are based on Cysteamine, a natural metabolite
generated in animals' bodies which participates in animals' physiological
`growth axis' to stimulate the animals' natural growth hormone level. The
