Walcom announces that the Board has accepted the resignation of Eddie Chan as
Non-Executive Chairman. Eddie will stand down from the Board of Directors with
effect from 1 April 2015 to focus on his other business commitments. Eddie has
been Non-Executive Chairman since the Company's admission to trading on AIM in
December 2006.

The Company is already well advanced with the process of identifying a new
Chairman and the Board expects to make a further announcement in due course.

Commenting on Eddie's resignation, Chief Executive Officer of Walcom Francis
Chi said:

"On behalf of Walcom, I would like to thank Eddie for the major contribution he
has made while he has been on the Board. We wish Eddie every success with his
other business interests and are very grateful for all his work for Walcom."
