Purchase of shares for cancellation
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 21 September 2007 it purchased 21,505
Series 2 Ordinary Shares at a price of 108.00 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase there are now 30,453,157 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence,
14,798,800 Series 2 Ordinary Shares and 4,958,036 Series 3 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
