Purchase of shares for cancellation
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 18 July 2006 it purchased 70,000 Ordinary
Fund Shares at a price of 86.5 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase there are now 31,992,172 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence and
15,665,524 Series 2 Ordinary Shares in issue.
