Purchase of shares for cancellation
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 13 January 2014, it purchased 179,650
Ordinary Shares at a price of 122.5 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 59,063,194 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny
each in issue.
