Purchase of shares for cancellation
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 7 January 2013 it purchased 152,073
Ordinary Shares at a price of 89.5 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 57,244,433 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence
each in issue.
