Purchase of shares for cancellation
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 9 December 2013, it purchased 280,000
Ordinary Shares at a price of 116.0 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 56,573,107 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny
each in issue.
