Purchase of shares for cancellation
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 11 November 2013, it purchased 340,000
Ordinary Shares at a price of 111.5 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 56,853,107 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny
each in issue.
