Purchase of shares for cancellation
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 15 June 2012 it purchased 87,149 Ordinary
Shares at a price of 66.0 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 58,030,332 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence
each in issue.
