Purchase of shares for cancellation
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 27 February 2013 it purchased 250,000
Ordinary Shares at a price of 89.0 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 56,994,433 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence
each in issue.
