Purchase of shares for cancellation
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 11 July 2013 it purchased 189,757
Ordinary Shares at a price of 94.485 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 56,836,873 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence
each in issue.
