Purchase of shares for cancellation
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 17 August 2012 it purchased 99,751
Ordinary Shares at a price of 75.0 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 57,806,506 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence
each in issue.
