Purchase of shares for cancellation
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 10 July 2012 it purchased 124,075
Ordinary Shares at a price of 71.0 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 57,906,257 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence
each in issue.
