Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 24 June 2008 it purchased 35,000 Series 2
Share at a price of 71 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 30,980,346 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence
each, 14,764,738 Series 2 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each and 4,958,036 Series
3 Ordinary Shares and 1 pence each in issue.
