Purchase of shares for cancellation
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that today, 29 January 2007 it purchased 200,000
Ordinary Fund Shares at a price of 90.00 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase there are now 31,292,172 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence and
15,665,524 Series 2 Ordinary Shares in issue.
