Purchase of shares for cancellation

Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 12 July 2007 it purchased 107,407 Series
2 Ordinary Shares at a price of 112.50 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 30,686,465 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence,
14,901,723 Series 2 Ordinary Shares and 4,958,036 Series 3 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
