Purchase of shares for cancellation
Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 3 July 2007 it purchased 78,900 Series 2
Ordinary Shares at a price of 113.50 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase there are now 30,686,465 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence,
15,009,130 Series 2 Ordinary Shares and 4,958,036 Series 3 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
