Purchase of shares for cancellation

Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 28 September 2007 it purchased 20,000
Series 2 Ordinary Shares at a price of 106.00 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 30,453,157 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence,
14,778,800 Series 2 Ordinary Shares and 4,958,036 Series 3 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
