Class Meetings of the Ordinary Fund Shareholders and S2 Fund Shareholders
Unicorn AIM VCT plc is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the
separate class meetings of the Ordinary Fund Shareholders and S2 Fund
Shareholders held today, 19 January 2007, were approved by Shareholders of each
class.
