Class Meetings of the Ordinary Fund Shareholders, S2 Fund Shareholders and S3
Fund Shareholders
Unicorn AIM VCT plc is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the
separate class meetings of the Ordinary Fund Shareholders, S2 Fund Shareholders
and S3 Fund Shareholders held today, 28 January 2008, were approved by
Shareholders of each class.
