AGM Statement

Unicorn AIM VCT plc is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the
Annual General Meeting held today, 10 January 2014, were approved by
Shareholders. A final dividend of 6 pence per share in respect of the financial
year ended 30 September 2013 will be paid to shareholders on 31 January 2014.

A copy of the resolutions passed has also been submitted to the National
Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at 
www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
