AGM Statement
Unicorn AIM VCT plc is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the
Annual General Meeting held today, 15 January 2009, were approved by
Shareholders.
A quorum was not present at any of the separate class meetings of Ordinary
Shareholders, S2 Shareholders and S3 Shareholders held today and these were
adjourned until 11.10 am, 11.15 am and 11.20 am respectively on Friday, 16
January 2009.
