Purchase of shares for cancellation

Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 31 March 2006 it purchased 75,000
Ordinary Fund Shares at a price of 89 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 32,544,234 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence and
15,743,314 Series 2 Ordinary Shares in issue.
