Issue of Equity

The Company announces that on 4 April 2008 it allotted and issued 895,696 new
Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price of 72p per share and 190,932 new S2
Shares of 1p each at a price of 92p per share under the Offers for
subscription.

Following this allotment the Company now has 31,129,485 Ordinary Shares of 1p,
14,769,905 Series 2 Ordinary Shares of 1p and 4,958,036 Series 3 Ordinary
Shares of 1p in issue

The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. The total number of voting
rights in Unicorn AIM VCT plc is 50,857,426. This figure may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, Unicorn AIM VCT plc under the FSA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
