Board Changes

Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that, further to the announcement on 24 July 2008
noting the resignation of Peter Webb as chief executive of Unicorn Asset
Management Limited, Peter Webb has resigned as a director of the Company on 26
September 2008. The Board would like to express their appreciation to Mr Webb
for his services to the Company since its inception in 2001.
