                                 Board Changes                                 

Following his appointment as Executive Chairman of Unicorn Asset Management
Limited, Robert Holt has resigned from the Board of Unicorn AIM VCT plc with
effect from yesterday, 25 April 2006 to avoid any potential conflict of
interest.

Robert has been Chairman of the Audit Committee since the Company's inception.
The Board wishes to acknowledge his substantial contribution to the Company and
thank him for his invaluable experience, knowledge and support and wishes him
every success in his new role.
