Re: Dividend Announcement


The Directors of TwentyFour Select Monthly Income Fund Limited have declared
that a dividend will be payable, in line with the Prospectus, representing the
regular monthly targeted dividend plus excess net income for the financial
period ending 30September 2014,as follows:

Payment Date           31 October 2014
Dividend per Share     1.5758502 pence (Sterling)
