                              Admission Effective                              

                                                                               

Following the Scheme of Arrangement of Collins Stewart Tullett plc and the
Demerger of the stockbroking business becoming effective Tullett Prebon plc
("Tullett Prebon") shares have been admitted to the Official List and to
trading on the London Stock Exchange.

 

Tullett Prebon is now the holding company of the inter-dealer broking business
only. Trading in Tullett Prebon shares commenced on the London Stock Exchange
at 8.00 am today.

 

CREST accounts were credited with Tullett Prebon shares at 8.00 am today.
Shareholders will, by 5 January 2007, be sent share certificates in respect of
