Tullett Prebon plc announces that its subsidiary Collins Stewart Tullett plc
has changed its name to Tullett Prebon Group Holdings plc with effect from 21
February 2007, following receipt of confirmation from the Registrar of
Companies.

The registered office of Tullett Prebon Group Holdings plc (formerly Collins
Stewart Tullett plc) has been changed to:
