         Application for admission of securities to the Official List          

Tullett Prebon plc has today submitted an application to the UKLA for the
admission to the Official List of 630,680 newly issued ordinary shares of 25p
each.

Subject to acceptance of these shares to listing, they will be issued to an
Employee Benefit Trust and held for the benefit of certain employees of the
Tullett Prebon plc group under the terms of an employee share plan.
