                              Exercise of Options                              

The Company announces that, following the exercise of share options by an
employee, it has issued, conditional on admission, 210,000 new Ordinary Shares.

Application has been made for 210,000 shares to be admitted to trading on AIM
and dealings are expected to commence on 3 March, 2006.
