                              Additional Listing                               

The Company is proposing to issue 11,000,000 new Ordinary Shares, in aggregate,
to two private client brokers at 2.5p per share ('Placing Shares'), to raise £
275,000 before expenses ('the Placing'). The net proceeds of the Placing will
amount to approximately £265,000 which will provide continued working capital
to support the further development of the Company.

It is expected that dealings in the said shares will commence on 9 March, 2005.
