Total Voting Rights

As at 30 April 2012, Temple Bar Investment Trust's share capital consisted of
59,951,367 ordinary shares with voting rights. There are no ordinary shares
held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in Temple Bar
Investment Trust Plc is 59,951,367.

The above `voting rights' figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Temple Bar
Investment Trust Plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
