Block Listing of Ordinary Shares

3 November 2014

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for a general block listing of 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 25p each
to enable the Company to issue shares to the market from time to time to
satisfy ongoing investor demand. The shares will trade on the London Stock
Exchange and be admitted to the Official List. It is expected that admission
will commence on 6 November 2014.

These shares may be issued for cash from time to time provided that such issues
will be made at prices above the then prevailing net asset value per share.

The shares will, when issued, rank equally with the existing ordinary shares of
the Company.

The shares in issue as at 3 November 2014 are 66,525,412.
