             RESULTS OF THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING ("EGM")

                               15 DECEMBER 2014

The Board of BACIT Limited is pleased to announce that at the EGM held on
15 December 2014, the resolution as set out in the Notice of EGM dated
25 November 2014 was duly passed by way of a show of hands.

The proxy votes received on the ordinary resolution proposed at the EGM were
as follows. A vote withheld is not a vote in law and has not been counted in
the votes for and against a resolution.

1. THAT the amendment to the Investment Policy
   to permit the investment by a subsidiary of
   the Company into CRT Pioneer Fund LP as set
   out in the circular of the Company dated 25

Accordingly, the Company's Investment Policy is now amended and the Group will
proceed with its investment in CRT Pioneer Fund LP as set out in the Circular
of the Company dated 25 November 2014.
