The Company announces the resignation of Peter Hames as a non-executive director of the Company, effective as of the completion of the Company’s Annual General Meeting today, 8 September 2017.  Mr. Hames has been a Board member since the Company listed in 2012, and the Company wishes to thank him for his invaluable contribution.
